Meals on Wheels of the Jamestown Area asks its meal recipients to pay for the meals they receive. Thankfully, about two out of every five individuals can pay for their meal – some pay the full amount. But Chautauqua County has many senior citizens who need meals, but who don’t have the money available to pay for them. That’s when we ask the community to donate money to help Meals on Wheels get the hot and cold meals in the hands of these individuals.

You can remember Meals on Wheels in your will, or in a life insurance policy. Just talk with your legal advisor to add Meals on Wheels of the Jamestown Area in your will or to your insurance policy. You can also name Meals on Wheels as a recipient of bequests in an individual’s obituary.
